The standard Toyota 1ZZFE exhaust header seemed a bit "tight" and so armed with a box of 1 5/8" mandrel bends, I fabricated a new header, plus utilised the Toyo cat. and muffler. A second muffler maybe required for rego to enable noise compliance, after which, it's back to the side exhaust and ear plugs!

The engine came with the std. Toyo front mount and so I've utilised this with a second mount (Holden) on the RH side and mounted off the Air Con pick-up points. I've added an adjustable belt tensioner, a job previouly done by the AC compressor.
