My simple solution to folding 1.2mm half hard aluminum sheet for all my panels. Hinge a nice straight piece of F17 Vic Ash off the edge of my work bench, clamp the sheet to be folded securely with a piece of 50x100 RHS (both ends and a 50x50RHS "finger clamp" in the middle).Swing up the hinged F17 and you have a nice clean, square fold. It helps define the fold if you use a piece of 50x3mm flat under the 50x100 RHS to get a nice square corner. It works and saved a lot of outside running around.
